  • Christmas Parties

    Thu 18 Dec 2014

To celebrate the end of a brilliant term, Medway pupils had their fantastic Christmas parties this week.  Dressed in their best festive clothing, pupils thoroughly enjoyed every second, from the games to the dancing, the food and to the prizes. Also, even though it is a very busy time for him, they were even visited by the man himself (no not you Mr Williams!).

  • Y1 Christmas Assembly

    Wed 17 Dec 2014
Year One performed an interesting twist on the nativity this year- by looking at it from the point of view of Stick Man! It was a fantastic performance, enjoyed by all. What is more, it truly demonstrated the outstanding level of oracy within the school, with every word spoken by every child heard by all throughout the packed school hall. Well done Year 1!
  • Y6 Trip to Houses of parliament

    Fri 05 Dec 2014

This Friday, Y6 took the (long!) coach journey down to London, to experience a once in a lifetime trip around the Houses of Parliament. Due to our work on Democracy and the Rule of Law within school, pupils were well equipped to answer and ask questions on the role and history of parliament within this country. They were able to sit in the gallery of the Houses of Commons, and peep into the House of Lords. Afterwards, they worked as groups to identify ways they could get involved, and developed their own campaign groups! Throughout the day, they consistently demonstrated their outstanding knowledge, willingness to participate, and behaviour, and were rewarded with a McDonalds on the way home!
