Still image for this video
Well done to Year 6 children who have been working really hard producing, directing, editing and acting to create an iMovie about Internet Safety. They have thought carefully about the scenarios children may experience on a day to day basis and produced their masterpieces to help spread the dangers of the online world. There is a subject link to PSHE focusing on Bullying and Cyberbullying.

All the content within the video has all been created for demonstration purposes. No physical/bodily or emotional harm has been caused during the recordings.

Intenet Safety Workshop for Children in Year 1 - 6

Internet Safety Workshop for Children in Year 1 - 6

Children enjoyed their visit from MC Wandless of Leicestershire Police on Monday and Tuesday, where he delivered a presentation about Internet Safety. The children are taught during their Computing Lessons a variety of tips and safety features which give them security and safety whilst using the World Wide Web.

The presentation and videos varied from one year group to another, with an indepth converage on cyberbullying.

Safety for children on the Internet

Be careful when you are using the internet. It can help you to keep in touch with your friends and find out things – but it can also cause harm – to you and to others.

Remember help is always available at school to help you if you are having any problems online.

Don’t be afraid to talk to your teacher or other adult at school.

If you or anyone you know is worried about Child Exploitation, Online Protection or anything related to Internet safety please click the link below which will take you to the CEOP reporting website:
